The Band!

Caxton are based in Sydney’s western suburbs.

The band has performed regular gigs in Sydney venues (e.g. Hopetoun Hotel) as well as local community festivals, interstate festivals and not-for-profit events such as Reclaim The Night. Caxton have made it to the quarter finals of the Sydney University Band Competition, where they received scores of 97% from a music nerd & 30% from an industry professional. They didn't proceed any further. Their favourite gig was opening The Metro for Darren Hanlon because they got to meet Lindy Morrison from The Go-Betweens.
